The activities of the shareholders acting in concert are guided by and subject to the following legal framework:
- Companies Act, 2013
- Sections relating to shareholders’ rights, board governance, and oppression & mismanagement
- SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations
- SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, where applicable
- Applicable judicial precedents and regulatory guidance
Where required, appropriate disclosures shall be made to stock exchanges and regulatory authorities.
